To enhance the quality of business networking at the exhibition, PHARMEDI & HEALTHCARE VIETNAM 2026 introduces the B2B Matchmaking Program - a one-on-one business matching platform that connects exhibitors and trade visitors through a structured process of registration, screening, and matchmaking. The program will run throughout the exhibition from 22–24 September 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
In a B2B exhibition environment, every meeting presents an opportunity for businesses to expand their networks, connect with potential customers, and foster new partnerships. However, with hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of trade visitors, identifying the right business partner is not always easy.
The B2B Matchmaking Program is designed to ensure that every business meeting has a clear purpose and delivers meaningful value. Rather than searching for potential partners on their own, exhibitors and trade visitors will be matched with companies whose business needs and collaboration objectives align with theirs through the support of the Organizer. This creates the foundation for productive discussions and long-term business opportunities beyond the exhibition.
Connect with the right business needs:
Participant profiles and business requirements are carefully reviewed and evaluated by the Organizer before appointments are arranged, ensuring a higher level of compatibility for every meeting.
Plan for productive meetings:
Appointments are scheduled in advance and held in a dedicated B2B meeting area, allowing participants to manage their time efficiently and focus on valuable business discussions.
Comprehensive support throughout the process:
The Organizer provides end-to-end assistance, from partner matching and appointment confirmation to on-site coordination and guidance, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Complete the registration form by providing your contact information, business objectives, networking interests, and preferred meeting schedule, enabling the Organizer to understand your business needs.

Based on the submitted information, the Organizer will evaluate compatibility and identify the most suitable business partners for each participant.
Before the exhibition, participants will receive an email containing their meeting schedule and matched company information. Participants may confirm or request adjustments to their appointments by replying to the email.
Please arrive at the designated B2B Matchmaking Area according to your confirmed schedule. Participants are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes early and bring business cards and relevant company materials to ensure productive and professional discussions.
Participation in the B2B Matchmaking Program at PHARMEDI & HEALTHCARE VIETNAM 2026 is completely free of charge. As the number of meeting slots is limited, appointments will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration deadline: 30 August 2026
Participants must respond to the appointment confirmation email within three (3) days; otherwise, the scheduled meeting will be automatically cancelled.
Meeting arrangements are subject to compatibility between participating parties. Therefore, not every registration can be guaranteed a confirmed appointment.
Participants arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled meeting time will be considered absent, and the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
To access the B2B Matchmaking Area, participants are required to register as exhibition visitors in advance via: https://ers-vn.informa-info.com/pha2026?cid=B2B or register onsite during the exhibition.
Register for the B2B Matchmaking Program today to expand your business network, maximize your exhibition experience, and unlock valuable partnership opportunities at PHARMEDI & HEALTHCARE VIETNAM 2026.
